If your power goes off:

Check for blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers.

Check with your neighbors to see if their electricity is also off.

Call SLECA anytime day or night to report your outage. Give the member services representative the name as it appears on your monthly bill and your account number if you have it handy.

If you know the cause of the problem such as a tree on the line near your house be sure to give the SLECA member services representative this information when you call.
